Jessie Rathburn is a dynamic and intuitive vocal coach and performer whose warm, encouraging style helps singers connect more deeply with their voice and storytelling. With a background in musical theater and a passion for emotional expression, Jessie specializes in vocal technique, performance confidence, and stage presence. She brings a nurturing and insightful approach to her coaching, creating a safe space for artists to take bold creative risks and grow into powerful, authentic performers.
Eliane Delage is a guitarist, composer, and teacher based in New York City and New Jersey. Born in Brazil, she blends classical, rock, and Brazilian styles in both performance and education. Eliane has taught at NYC Guitar School for many years, helping students of all ages grow as confident, expressive players. She believes guitar is a way to build connection and community, and leads the EDGE Guitar Ensemble, where she teaches ear training, rhythm, and guitar workshops to give musicians a space to learn, share, and create together.

Location: Manhattan (Midtown TBA)
Level: All levels welcome – must know basic chords and carry a tune
Final Showcase: Group performance at the end of Day 2!
